1. What Fagia is
Fagia is an intermittent-fasting app offering a fasting timer, metabolic-phase tracking, meal logging with AI-based calorie and macro estimates, weight tracking, and a journal. The information it provides is informational and educational.
2. Non-medical notice
Fagia is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. Metabolic phases and nutrition, body-composition, and weight-projection estimates are informational approximations. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a fast, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, a minor, or have diabetes, an eating disorder, or another medical condition.
3. Subscription
Access to the app requires an active auto-renewing subscription. Before you confirm, the App Store displays the available options, price, currency, duration and, if your account is eligible, any available trial or offer. The purchase is charged to your App Store account and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. Apple determines eligibility for trials and offers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app fraudulently, not to circumvent the subscription or abuse-prevention mechanisms, and not to interfere with the analysis service. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access in case of abuse.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text, and content belong to fagia.app and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranty as to the accuracy of nutrition, body-composition, or projection estimates. To the extent permitted by law, fagia.app shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the app or from decisions made based on the information it provides.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will be posted here with its date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
